WPC Door (Modern Premium)

Made of Wood Polymer Composite — a blend of ~70% wood flour (or rice husk / wheat husk), 20–25% PVC resin, 5–10% additives, extruded into solid boards. WPC boards look, feel, cut, and screw like wood, but are 100% waterproof, termite-proof, and fire-retardant.

Manufacturing Process

Installation Process

  1. Frame Installation: Fix WPC / metal / wood door frame (chowkat) at wall opening with masonry screws / sleeves
  2. Frame Plumbing: Check vertical, horizontal level with spirit level / plumb
  3. Hinge Marking: Mark 3 hinge positions on door & frame (top: 150 mm, middle: centre, bottom: 250 mm from edges)
  4. Hinge Mortise: Rout / chisel hinge mortise on door edge and frame
  5. Hinge Fitting: Fix 4-inch SS / brass hinges with 25 mm screws
  6. Door Hanging: Hang door, verify opening / closing smooth
